My Area is HR in Higher Education: I cover all aspects of HR, from HR & Payroll Managers to EDI and OD consultants. Examples of areas in HR that I cover include: OD, L&D, Strategic and Operational HR, Executive HR Staff, ER specialists, EDI, HR Generalists and administrative support.

What I like to describe as "Kind Recruitment" - I believe in always giving people the time of day, listening and supporting both candidates and clients in order to make the best matches between them. I believe that CVs don't always tell the full story, and that there is more to a good match than just skillset and skillgap. Organisational and personal cultures and belief form a core part of my Recruitment style.
