Hours: Flexible working hours (e.g., 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm), with an early finish on Fridays

Our client, a leading education provider in the Newcastle area, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team on a three-month fixed-term basis. About the Role:

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will:

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld.
Manage casework related to disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
Foster positive relationships with trade unions, ensuring productive collaboration.
Support the client’s efforts to promote an inclusive and supportive work culture.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an Employee Relations role is essential.
Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of trade union processes and dynamics.
A friendly and communicative team player with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Immediate availability to start is required.
