This a senior position so will require technical knowledge to hit the ground running with Unit4 Business World, SQL and troubleshooting.
About the Role
As a Senior Applications Support and Development Analyst, you will:
? Provide expert support and maintenance for key business systems, including Unit4 Business World ERP, StarRez Student Accommodation, Bottomline PTX Payments, and Symphony Events Management systems.
? Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure smooth operations.
? Drive system improvements, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
? Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.
? Monitor and maintain system security, upgrades, and patches.
What We’re Looking For
???? Experience in higher education or a similar complex environment (preferred).
???? Strong technical expertise in SQL scripting, API integrations, and business system support.
???? A proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.
???? Experience with ERP, Finance, HR, Payroll, or Student Systems is a plus.
???? Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and formal change management processes (desirable).
