An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead a digital change portfolio within a forward-thinking organisation. This role is pivotal in driving strategic digital initiatives, overseeing technology projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of a broad programme of transformation.

The Role:
As Head of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT and digital change programmes that align with organisational objectives. Leading a specialist team, you will shape the digital roadmap, optimise project delivery frameworks, and foster innovation across infrastructure, business systems, and academic applications.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing a strategic portfolio of digital transformation projects.
• Overseeing project identification, prioritisation, and governance to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Managing budgets, resources, and risks to maintain a balanced digital change portfolio.
• Providing strategic leadership in digital project management, business analysis, and service improvement.
• Driving collaboration across departments and acting as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver impactful digital solutions.

• A degree-level qualification or relevant professional certifications.
• Proven experience in leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies.
• Expertise in systems and business analysis, as well as full system development lifecycles.
