IT integration Programme
• Strategic leadership (including to the IT Integration Programme Team) of the IT Digital convergence workstream as part of the Integration Programme by:
o Leading the development of appropriate roadmap and plans aligned to the university’s strategic aims related to integration
Leading the effective governance and implementation of approved plans throughout term of contract.
o Leading senior stakeholder engagement and providing delivery assurance related to the workstream to ensure relevant matters are escalated, progress reported and issues resolved
