This is an exciting opportunity to join HSU at this pivotal moment in the university’s development. The Academic Registry plays a central role in achieving these goals, managing the student lifecycle and the governance of academic standards. This includes student records, registration, timetabling, assessments, and graduation, as well as the University’s academic quality framework, policies, and committee structures.

The Assistant Academic Registrar (Partnerships) has a key operational role in ensuring HSU’s collaborative provision is delivered in line with the University’s quality assurance framework, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Academic Registrar, the postholder manages the day-to-day coordination, administration, and monitoring of partnership processes, maintaining accurate records and producing timely reports to support institutional oversight. Strategic, contractual, or compliance risks are identified and escalated to the Academic Registrar for decision and action.

Working closely with the Partners, the Academic Registrar, Registry leadership colleagues, and senior staff across the University, the postholder will be the operational lead for this growing piece of HSU work and will also contribute to Registry-wide projects and developments.
