Burman Recruitment are very excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a Marketing Apprentice to join our ever growing team! This role is a huge opportunity and will allow the right person to really make the role into their own and explore their creative flare through the Burman brand.

The role offers full training, and we are currently looking for a candidate who is looking at getting into a digital marketing type role through an apprenticeship. The right candidate will have a great opportunity to not only learn how to market a brand but also digital and administration skills it takes to succeed at marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and post regular content via our social media channels (LinkedIn/Instagram/Youtube)


• Design on brand imagery to promote the Burman brand and marketing campaigns


• Create & manage company events both online and in person


• Liase with suppliers for branding merchandise and assist on exhibition projects etc.


• Manage the website and come up with improvements


• Improve our overall presence within the Higher Education market


• Create weekly/monthly newsletters to our clients and candidates


• Write blogs on market intel & Burman updates


• Understand marketing data and how we can use that to improve our organic reach


• Deal with incoming requests from the website and social media providing a good customer service

Experience

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject


• You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
