Over the past 2 years Burman has gone from 5 employees to 30, in this time we have also opened a further 3 brands and have plans to continue growing throughout 2023! As part of our search for new talent we have launched our 'Work for Burman' campaign. Here is an introduction into what it is like to work for Burman!


At Burman we have created a collaborative and progressive culture. Culture and Location

 

 We are split 57% male and 43% female with our only manager being female.

 Our age range is 20 - 34 and this includes recruiters, operations team and Directors. Some of our top billers are in the lower quartile of the companies age range, which shows there is no limit on progression.

We are based next to Shenfield station but there is ample parking nearby too so there is the option to get here via train and driving.

If you prefer to commute by train then, as Shenfield is on the Greater Anglia line, there are direct trains into London and Essex.
