I contacted James around a position at the University of Greenwich in January 2022. I was very impressed how quickly James managed to sort introductions, interviews and eventually my start date. When James calls or emails you with an opportunity you know it's not because its a mailshot exercise to everyone on the books but that he has taken the time and care to understand your skills and experience and ensure that you will be a great match for the client. It's also clear that he always takes a detailed brief from the client so as a consultant you know exactly what to expect when having that all important conversation. And the comms during any process I've ever been involved in are second to none!
