Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about driving organisational success through people?
We are seeking an experienced People Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering an innovative people agenda across a complex education environment.
Working closely with senior leaders across Professional Services and Academic areas, you will provide expert advice and partnership at both strategic and operational levels. You will develop and deliver tailored People Plans, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities while delivering impactful solutions that enhance the employee experience.
As a trusted advisor, you will coach and support leaders across a range of people matters, including:
Talent management and succession planning
Workforce planning
Organisational development and change
Employee engagement
Employee relations
Leadership and management development
Workforce capability and talent mapping
You will also play a key role in supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding a new People Strategy, helping to translate strategic priorities into practical and sustainable people solutions.
