HR Business Partner – Organisational Development

Working closely with an exceptional University to bring on a HR BP who has a strong organisational development background.
• Lead on consultancy, design, stakeholder and project management of a range of organisational change, talent and engagement initiatives at BNU, incorporating and embedding BNU’s values and the Behavioural Framework
• Work with the Project Group for Academic Workload to establish and implement an approach and model for workload/workforce planning and introduce across BNU
• Develop and introduce succession planning principles to ensure BNU is growing its own talent
• Lead on the development of a new staff handbook working closely with the HR Operations team on content
• In partnership with our Learning and Development team continually review and modernise our leadership and management development designing holistic, BNU specific programmes in line with business need
• Support and advise on change management including the development and implementation of an organisational development approach to change. Implement and embed organisational design principles
Essential Experience
• Associate membership of CIPD
• Strong OD background with excellent knowledge of best practice
• Strong employee relations skills and experience underpinned by a comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation
